Our Methodology We lead our clients through an innovation process to arrive at a product that uniquely meets the needs of the user and the business objectives of the client. We specialize in a holistic user-centered design process focusing on the overall user interaction and eco-system. We conduct ethnographic + user research to understand users and their needs. We conduct usability testing of our solutions by putting our design concepts in front of real people early in the process and often throughout the process. We iterate our designs; creating prototypes early and often in the process, testing them with real people, feeding findings back into the design, and repeating until a viable, feasible, and desirable solution is found. |
